From May 6 to 8, the sisters invited to the Chapter were in Greccio for days of formation on the PGV led by Sr. Stefania Letizia Gianfelici. The purpose of these days is to form oneself to help young people live prayer and contact with the Word. In Greccio, the sisters experienced times of prayer, listening, and sharing.
The Gospel guided them to know the attitudes that can educate young people in prayer. The place, dear and familiar to them all, spontaneously arouses an atmosphere of fraternity. During the week when the Capitolari were engaged in the elective phase, the invited sisters had been hosted by the “Maria Immacolata” fraternity to spend days of sharing, prayer and pilgrimage to the Franciscan places in Assisi. From their reflections on the days in Assisi, they developed a common reflection on the youth ministry of our religious family that was then shared with the chapter sisters. The joy of being together is marked by the absence, for health reasons, of the two sisters from the PGV teams of the “Mother Querubina” Province and “Niño Jesus” Delegation. With the beauty of the meeting in our hearts, we hope that this “getting together” is only the beginning of a journey together!
